Il était une fois…

On October 14th, 1991 I was born in a small town in the North of France. The rich culture of my country and historic environment of Nord served as the perfect canvas for me to paint out my imagination.  Every chateau had a king and queen of my own making, every stone had a storied history of magic and enchantment, and every pastry was a piece of art.   I grew up dreaming of things I would one day see.  From an early age, I knew I wanted CREATE experience, art, and fantasy.

But my reality wasn’t always roses and butterflies.  For years I was physically and emotionally abused for celebrating my differences and refusing to conform.  I sought refuge in my dreams and imagination.  While finishing nursing school, I began working at Disneyland Paris where I met others who understood my feelings.  Inspired by these people and motivated by my life-long desire to become an imagineer, I eventually moved to Disney World where I began my American adventure.

In the years that have followed, I’ve taught myself English, become an artist and a chef, and like an imagineer — used social media to create a window into my world.  While much has changed, one thing remains the same: whatever I do, and wherever I am in the world, I’m still an imagineer creating my enchanted vision of life.
